As a Harvard trained doctor, she evaluates each treatment with a critical eye and with a focus on individualized treatments that are appropriate for each person’s concern and skin type.

Dr. Sylvia is a prominent kidney specialist and an internationally recognized global health expert with in-depth experience in program building and implementation, population-based research, health policy, and health economics analysis. She is well recognized for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing a novel public health paradigm of a cost-effective and clinically efficient approach to preventing resource-draining chronic diseases.

She has demonstrated leadership in building national health programs, including medical clinics and health screening buses and has gained significant experience in population-based research of chronic disease trends and their clinical outcomes.
